This is how outplacement works

We structure your professional transition into four phases. With our support, you can complete each milestone step by step at your own pace. And you have the flexibility to determine your own order along the way.
Four phases to restart
This phase is primarily about gaining distance, processing the separation emotionally, developing new routines, and looking positively to the future. It's also a time for constructive reflection: What lessons were learned that will help in the future? Which strengths were successfully utilized in the last job? Which professional environments and situations were beneficial?
Phase 1
Farewell & Reflection
This involves developing an attractive vision for the future based on a thorough personality and strengths analysis. Which job is the ideal fit for your profile and current life situation? How significant should/can the change be? What does the ideal employer look like? What kind of environment and framework are important? Is self-employment an option?
Phase 2
Goal setting
In this phase, you take concrete next steps, either towards job searching and applications or towards self-employment. This involves, for example, optimizing your resume, being found by recruiters/headhunters, activating your network, not missing any relevant job opportunities, and mastering application processes.
Phase 3
Seize opportunities
New beginnings are also important – the first 100 days in a new job or in self-employment should be successful and present their own challenges. Now it's usually a matter of learning, learning, learning, and adapting to new people and understanding the new success factors.
