As part of a termination agreement or redundancy, it's common practice to provide employees with a budget for outplacement services. This is tax-free for you (§ 3 No. 19 EStG). However, you may need to request it first – you can use this overview to get your employer to fund your Restart Career program.

Die regelmäßigen Gespräche mit meinem persönlichen Coach waren für mich ein wichtiger Anker während meiner beruflichen Neuorientierung. Gerade zu Beginn, als die Situation für mich noch ungewohnt war, haben mir die Termine Orientierung und Struktur gegeben. Ich habe die Gespräche als sehr wertschätzend und auf Augenhöhe erlebt und viele hilfreiche Tipps sowie neue Denkanstöße mitgenommen. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar.

Ich wollte den Himmel erreichen und habe die Sterne ergriffen. Am Anfang meiner Reise mit Restart Career waren meine Ziele hoch gegriffen. Ein Quereinstieg in eine gänzlich andere Richtung und mit Restart an meiner Seite war es ein leichtes dieses Zeil zu erreichen. Mehr noch, dank psychologischer Stärkung, einer wegweisenden Betreuung und Seminaren die einen persönlich weiterentwickelten, habe ich heute einen Job, den ich mir nie hätte vorstellen können. Nicht weil er Abstrakt war, sondern weil er unerreichbar schien. Meine Bewerbungen wurden beachtet, meine Vorstellungsgespräche waren erfolgreich. Selbstbewusst wusste ich mich zu verkaufen ohne mich zu verstellen. Gespräche auf Augenhöhe, einfach weil Restart mich groß gemacht hat.
Ich kann Restart absolut jeden empfehlen. Nehmt alle Seminare mit und auch die Cafe's. Nutzt die Experten, welche wirklich toll sind und nehmt jede Hilfe an, es lohnt sich!

Ich habe von Restart Career über eine ehemalige Kollegin erfahren und dachte, wenn der alte Arbeitgeber schon zahlt, nehme ich es einfach mal mit. Es war das beste, was ich tun konnte. Die Step by Step Artikel auf der Plattform, die Webinare, Community Café waren gerade am Anfang sehr hilfreich. Aber vor allem der Austausch mit den unterschiedlichen Coaches zu Lebenslauf, LinkedIn Profil, Case Studies für Vorstellungsgespräche etc. waren Goldwert. Bedanken möchte ich mich bei Ulrike Bentlage und Filiz Düzenli für die vielen Anregungen, Tipps und Hilfestellungen sowohl bei beruflichen und privaten Herausforderungen. Ein besonderer Dank geht an meine Coaching Hanna Ruddies, du hast Restart Career bereichert und ich bin dankbar, dass wir zusammen arbeiten, lachen, weinen konnten und ich „sein“ durfte.
