Especially after job loss, good support is crucial for a successful and sustainable new beginning. At Restart Career, we focus on genuine fit and satisfaction, not just quick placements.
Traditional outplacement often falls short of these requirements. It's expensive, inflexible, and usually limited to a small target group. That's why we've created a modern alternative: a combination of a digital platform, individual coaching, and community formats. This allows us to successfully support people on their path to a new job or self-employment – regardless of their role, experience, or age.
For us, career change is more than just a structured process. It's a phase of pausing, development, and readjustment. That's precisely why we place great importance on ensuring that people feel seen, inspired, and empowered with us.
